Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held by Lucro Limited or by any of our products (PostOnce, Adorna, PartyBundle, OwnTheSite). It covers data we hold directly as well as data we have received from third-party integrations such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and Bluesky.

3. Facebook and Instagram data (Meta Platforms)

Lucro's PostOnce product integrates with Meta Platforms via the Facebook Graph API and Instagram Graph API. If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to PostOnce, we may have stored:

How to remove this data

  1. From PostOnce: Go to Settings → Connected accounts and click Disconnect next to your Meta account. This revokes our access tokens and deletes the associated tokens and account metadata from our servers within 30 days.
  2. From Facebook directly: Visit Facebook Business Integrations, find PostOnce, and click Remove. This is the official Meta-side way to revoke our app's access. When Meta notifies us of the revocation, we will delete the corresponding data within 30 days.
  3. By email: Send a Data Deletion Request to privacy@lucro.ie as described above, mentioning that the request relates to Facebook or Instagram data.

Some data must be retained for legal or accounting reasons even after an account is deleted. In particular:

In addition to deletion, you have the right to access, correct, and port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or to your local supervisory authority.
