Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 5 May 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held by Lucro Limited or by any of our products (PostOnce, Adorna, PartyBundle, OwnTheSite). It covers data we hold directly as well as data we have received from third-party integrations such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and Bluesky.
1. Quickest path: delete from inside the product
If you have an account with one of our products, the fastest way to delete your data is from within the product itself:
- PostOnce — Sign in at postonce.app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your workspaces, scheduled posts, connected social accounts, and stored access tokens.
- Adorna — Sign in at adorna.app (or in the iOS app), go to Settings → Delete account.
- PartyBundle — PartyBundle works entirely offline and does not store personal data on our servers. Deleting the app from your device removes all related data.
- OwnTheSite — Sign in at ownthesite.com, go to Account → Delete account.
2. Email request
If you can't access your account, or you want to request deletion via email, send a message to:
privacy@lucro.ie
Subject: Data Deletion Request
To help us locate and verify your data, please include:
- The product(s) you used (e.g. PostOnce);
- The email address associated with your account;
- If your data was created via a Facebook, Instagram, or other social login, the platform and the username/handle if you remember it;
- A short statement confirming that you are the account holder.
We may ask one or two follow-up questions to verify your identity before proceeding. We will not ask for your password.
3. Facebook and Instagram data (Meta Platforms)
Lucro's PostOnce product integrates with Meta Platforms via the Facebook Graph API and Instagram Graph API. If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to PostOnce, we may have stored:
- Your Meta user ID and the IDs of Pages or Instagram accounts you authorised;
- Encrypted access tokens needed to publish on your behalf;
- Records of posts you scheduled or published through PostOnce.
How to remove this data
- From PostOnce: Go to Settings → Connected accounts and click Disconnect next to your Meta account. This revokes our access tokens and deletes the associated tokens and account metadata from our servers within 30 days.
- From Facebook directly: Visit Facebook Business Integrations, find PostOnce, and click Remove. This is the official Meta-side way to revoke our app's access. When Meta notifies us of the revocation, we will delete the corresponding data within 30 days.
- By email: Send a Data Deletion Request to privacy@lucro.ie as described above, mentioning that the request relates to Facebook or Instagram data.
4. What we do when we receive a request
When we receive a verified data deletion request, we will:
- Confirm receipt within 5 working days;
- Delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days;
- Revoke any third-party access tokens we hold on your behalf;
- Notify our sub-processors (such as our hosting and email providers) where necessary;
- Confirm completion to you by email.
5. What we are required to keep
Some data must be retained for legal or accounting reasons even after an account is deleted. In particular:
- Invoices and payment records — typically retained for 6 years to comply with Irish Revenue requirements;
- Records of fraud, abuse, or security incidents — retained as long as needed to protect our users and comply with law;
- Anonymised analytics — data that no longer identifies you may be retained.
This retained data is kept separately from your active account and is not used for any further service-related processing.
6. Your rights under GDPR
In addition to deletion, you have the right to access, correct, and port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or to your local supervisory authority.
